Ms. Bonnie Swann Montey, lifelong resident of Blount County, graduated from Cleveland High School in 1969 and attended Jacksonville State University. Ms. Montey began her career working in the Blount County Probate Office in the Spring of 1970. Ms. Montey’s devotion to the people of Blount County has been evident by her 47 years of service to the county before retirement in 2017. She continues to serve Blount County as a retired part-time employee.
