Coffee Break: Session 28 (Coping with Emotions and Asking for Help)
We are thrilled to re-launch our Coffee Break initiative hosted by two of our in-house programs (Alabama Cares and the PANDA Project).
Coffee Break gives Family Caregivers an hour-long opportunity to take a break and receive educational content regarding everyday life!
In this session of Coffee Break, we will be joined by the Author, Consultant, and Owner of Engage Care Partners LLC., Brooklyn White. Brooklyn brings a wealth of knowledge both professionally and personally, and attendees will enjoy her insight on how to strengthen their role as family caregivers.
